Your Role
Lead on-site execution of data center projects ensuringwork is performed safely accurately and in alignment with strict technicaland documentation requirements.
What Youll Do
- Coordinate all field activities for data center builds including MEP-intensive scopes
- Maintain detailed look-ahead schedules and plan manpower equipment and materials
- Support testing commissioning readiness and turnover documentation
- Enforce safety and quality standards in a high-accountability environment
- Identify and mitigate schedule quality or coordination risks early
What You Bring
- Experience supervising data center/critical facility work and MEP coordination
- Strong field leadership and documentation discipline
- Ability to lead teams under tight schedules and high standards
Experience
- 510 years of field supervision; data centers/critical facilities experience strongly preferred.
- Proven leadership of MEP-intensive sequencing testing coordination and turnover readiness.
Education &Certifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Construction Management/Engineering or equivalent field experience preferred.
- OSHA 30 required/preferred for supervisory roles; competent-person certifications as applicable; valid drivers license.
Tools & Software
Proficiency in Procore Microsoft Office and scheduling/planning tools.
Work Location Environment & Travel Requirements
- Primarily on an active project site and/or jobsite trailer; high coordination environment with strict quality and documentation expectations.
- May require Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) variable shifts and extended hours during testing/commissioning/turnover phases.
- This role will require shifts or extended hours depending on project demands including evenings nights and weekends.
- Travel will be required based on project assignment. Projects are primarily within the St. Louis region with flexibility and readiness to support work outside the local market as Tarlton expands.
