Job Summary

SUPERINTENDENT

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee construction operations and manage field teams on-site. This role requires strong leadership safety awareness and the ability to coordinate all aspects of daily construction activities to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily construction operations and field activities
Manage and supervise construction crews and subcontractors
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site protocols
Monitor project schedule and coordinate with project managers
Track material deliveries and equipment utilization
Maintain site organization and cleanliness
Document progress and prepare daily/weekly reports
Address field challenges and coordinate solutions

Requirements

5 years of construction superintendent experience
Strong leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of construction safety and OSHA compliance
Ability to read blueprints and understand project specifications
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Valid drivers license
