As a vertically integrated company with internal development construction and commercial property management divisions MCB is involved in all facets of the real estate investment cycle. Our summer internship program offers a hands-on immersive experience across the full real estate lifecycle providing mentorship professional development and exposure to real-world projects.

Job Description:

The MCB Real Estate Internship is an 8-week (June 7- July 30) paid program designed for students interested in commercial real estate. Interns will rotate weekly through various departments within MCB following the chronological order of a project from acquisitions through development construction leasing marketing property management and concluding with asset management. This structured approach achieved through departmental rotations allows interns to gain practical experience and insight into each stage of the real estate project grasping the functions objectives and significance of each department.

Responsibilities:

Participate in weekly departmental rotations and site visits

Assist with real-world projects and analyses across all key departments

Contribute to the capstone project including research design financial modeling and presentation

Attend mentorship meetings luncheons and professional development sessions

Prepare for interviews and career opportunities with guidance from MCB mentors

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in a college or university program (rising sophomore or rising junior)

Strong interest in commercial real estate

Analytical detail-oriented and able to work in a team environment

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Motivated proactive and eager to learn
