Job Summary

Summer Camp Group Leader -Part-time -Seattle WA - No Weekends!

Pay: $21.50-$22.50/hourly depending on experience

In this role you will play a pivotal part in shaping memories that children will cherish for a lifetime. As a Camp Group Leader we are looking for individuals to inspire spark curiosity encouraging creativity a sense of community warmth and foster a deep sense of belonging for every child.

This occurs in a dynamic environment that thrives on innovation excitement and adventure. Our mission is to create an unforgettable experience for young minds providing a sense of wonder and exploration.

  • Location: Seattle WA
  • First day or work is a full training day: 6/25/2026
  • Program Start Date for Campers: 6/29/2026
  • Schedule: Monday Friday. Program Hours are approximately 12:00 noon - 4:30pm. However AlphaBEST staffs its program according to student attendance. Therefore staff will be working fewer than full program hours and will rotate leaving the program according to student numbers. Camp runs for 22 days.

Heres what youll need:

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs.
  • Proof of experience as required by state childcare licensing regulations.

As an AlphaBEST Camp Group Leader youll be trained to do the following:

  • Lead a group of campers through exciting adventures in fitness the arts technology and more!
  • Work collaboratively with peers to ignite childrens sense of wonder.
  • Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by building on students interests and talents.
  • Provide a caring family-oriented environment where positive staff child and parent relationships are fostered.
