Summer 2027 Management Trainee Intern

From day one as a paid intern with Enterprise youll learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management. Our university/college interns take on the same challenges as our first and second year full-time professionals. Its a team-based environment; and throughout your internship your peers will be right by your side helping you learn grow and have fun.

This role is located in one of our offices in the greater Kansas City area including but not limited to Lawrence KS Topeka KS St. Joseph MO and Warrensburg MO

When you join our Management Trainee Internship Program youll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new exciting rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. Well give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles take care of customers develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship youll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

• Must be a rising Senior enrolled full time for the upcoming semester. Candidate must be on track to graduate in December 2027 or May 2028
• Must have at least 4 months experience in retail/professional commissioned sales and/or customer service in the last three years
• Leadership roles in organizations military and/or college or professional athletics participation will be considered in lieu of sales or customer service experience
• Must have a valid drivers license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents on driving recordin the past three years. No drug or alcohol conviction ( on drivingrecord in the past 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• 12 week commitment required.
