Job Summary
McClelland Consulting Engineers (MCE) an ESP Company is a regional multidisciplined engineering consulting firm with more than 160 employees throughout four offices in Little Rock Fayetteville Fort Smith and Rogers. Responsibilities
- Analyzes reports maps drawings tests aerial photographs terrain hydrological characteristics and other topographic and geologic data to plan and design projects
- Calculates cost determines feasibility of project based on analysis of collected data and prepares detailed cost estimates
- Uses computer assisted engineering and design software and equipment to create design documents
- Prepares and modifies reports specifications plans cost estimates construction schedules environmental impact studies and designs for project
- Meets periodically to coordinate changes inform of additional requirements receive input answer questions and resolve issues
- Coordinates project activity with supervisor and support staff
- Researches regulations products and design techniques to provide answers
- Preparing illustrative hand and/or computer presentation renderings
- Preparing material and imagery boards planting plans
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bachelors degree (BS) program from an accredited Engineering or Landscape Architecture school.

Travel
Most travel is limited to short or day trips to visit jobsites meet clients etc. Overnight trips are not generally required.
