Salary: Up to $48000 annually (based on experience) plus performance incentives.

As Restaurant Store Manager youll lead your team to success by:

• Managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
• Coaching developing and motivating Associates
• Creating a positive high-performing team culture
• Delivering exceptional Guest experiences
• Managing inventory cash controls scheduling and daily reporting
• Ensuring food safety cleanliness and operational excellence
• Driving sales and achieving restaurant performance goals

• Previous restaurant retail or hospitality management experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
