Subway Assistant Manager-Neenah Area

Our Subway locations at 904 S. Green Bay Ave. and 1526 Commercial Street in Neenah are looking for a motivated and reliable individual to help lead our restaurant team. This is a full-time position with a competitive starting wage of $14.00$17.00 per hour plus a full benefits package.

As an Assistant Manager youll work alongside the Manager to help keep the restaurant running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

• Recruit train and develop new Associates
• Create and manage staff schedules
• Assist with inventory management
• Prepare food including baking bread and cookies
• Prepare sandwiches to Guest preferences
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Provide excellent Guest service and operate the cash register

• A motivated dependable team player who enjoys working with people
• Previous management or leadership experience is appreciated
• Experience in a sandwich shop or restaurant environment is a plus
