Education and Credentials: Must possess a valid California teaching credential or valid substitute permit. Must be active on the county-wide substitute Information: Substitute hourly rate of pay is $25.00/hour for the first 20 days and $46.25/hour as of the 21st clearance by both the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the California Department of Justice is a condition of appointment after all other required job conditions have been met.
