Santa Paula Unified School District is seeking dedicated Substitute Teachers to support our schools on an as-needed basis. This is a part-time flexible positionsubstitutes choose when and how often they work based on their availability.**Position Start Date: 26/27 School Year***Initial Scheduled Application Review: 10/16/26**Ongoing Hiring Based on District Needs*
Minimum Requirement: Emergency 30-Day Substitute Teaching PermitTo qualify applicants must hold a valid Emergency 30-Day Substitute Teaching Permit which authorizes individuals to substitute in grades preschool through 12th more and begin the permit application process through the Ventura County Office of Education here: obtain the Emergency 30-Day Substitute Teaching youll need:Official transcripts showing a conferred bachelors degree or higherFingerprints cleared through the CTCVCOE can assist with the permit application process.
