(3) Current Letters of Recommendation5. TB Test Verification (TB skin test must be no more than 1 yr old and must include administered and date read) OR TB Assessment that is within 60 days of application submission.6. Fingerprint Clearance Receipt from the OC Dept of Ed Clearing House. (No other FP Clearance will be accepted.
