This support includes assistance with classwork physical navigation of the campus and participation in school activities. The Substitute Paraprofessional monitors and reports on student progress regarding behavior and performance; prepares instructional materials and performs a variety of clerical duties as Charter School Excelling Together!

Natomas Charter School is seeking Substitute Paraprofessionals to work up to 7.5 hours per day.

For the Substitute Paraprofessional or SPED Paraprofessional position an associates degree in child development or related field is desired as well as Crisis Prevention Institute or other de-escalation program certification. Experience working with students classified with autism spectrum disorder or learning disabilities is also encouraged.
