NCLB: To qualify for an Instructional Aide position you must meet the State of California NCLB (No Child Left Behind) compliance requirement. Passed CBEST 2. AA (Associates) or higher College Degree3. 48 College Semester Units or higher (1.5 Quarter Units 1 Semester Unit) 4.
