Griffith Centers is seeking a licensed behavioral health professional to oversee our Substance Use Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) in Colorado Springs. This leadership role offers the opportunity to supervise a multidisciplinary team support clinical excellence and help youth adults and families achieve lasting recovery and wellness.

What Youll Do:
- Provide clinical supervision mentorship and support to therapists counselors case managers and support staff.
- Promote evidence-based treatment approaches including CBT DBT-informed interventions Motivational Interviewing and family systems therapy.
- Support staff professional growth licensure development and clinical excellence.
- Ensure compliance with Colorado regulations accreditation standards Medicaid requirements and organizational policies.
- Foster a safe inclusive and therapeutic environment for clients families and staff.
- Collaborate with schools probation departments child welfare agencies and other community partners.
- Monitor program quality outcomes and operational performance.
- Encourage meaningful family involvement throughout the treatment process.

Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Social Work Counseling Psychology or related behavioral health field required.
- Active Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) licensure preferred (State of Colorado).
- Active unrestricted clinical license (e.g. LCSW LPC LMFT or equivalent).
- Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS) or ability to provide supervision toward licensure preferred.
- Minimum 35 years of experience in substance use treatment preferably with adolescents.
- Prior experience in IOP PHP or similar level-of-care settings strongly preferred.
- At least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Experience working with co-occurring disorders and high-risk youth populations.
- Ability to work with sensitivity to the cultural and/or socioeconomic diversity of the agencys clients and staff.
- Ability to maintain healthy emotional and physical boundaries in personal and professional relationships.
- Strong leadership coaching and team-building skills
- Expertise in evidence-based substance use treatment practices
- Knowledge of adolescent development and family systems
- Must successfully complete a comprehensive background screening as a condition of employment in accordance with Colorado Department of Human Services regulations for childcare facilities. This screening includes initial and ongoing state criminal background checks fingerprinting sex offender registry searches and abuse and neglect clearances. If the employee has lived in any other state within the past five years equivalent background and abuse/neglect checks from those states will also be addition employees are required to complete a health evaluation or physical examination prior to beginning service to confirm fitness for duty and annually thereafter.
