Under supervision of the Child Development Services Coordinator provides training to teaching personnel develops curricula and provides educational resources for staff and parents. Monitors reviews and evaluates centers to ensure program compliance with Early Learning Program Performance Standards Title 22 Title 5 and program policies. Assists in the planning and coordination of the Educational Services Component and supports oversight of other service components as directed.

Required Qualifications:Education and Experience:Bachelors Degree in Child Development or related fieldCompleted coursework must include with a grade C or better in at least one of the following core areas:Child/Human growth and development;Child Family and community or Child and Family RelationsECE curriculum courseHold a valid CCTCC Child Development Site Supervisor Permit higherExperience supervising and providing training to teaching staffMinimum of two (2) years experience in an infant/toddler or preschool classroomLicenses and Certifications:Possess an appropriate California drivers license with evidence of insurabilityPossession of Pediatric First aid and Pediatric CPR certificates within 90 days of employmentCertification as reliable in preschool and/or toddler CLASS tools or receive certification within 30 days of job offer
