• $18/hr guaranteed pay or uncapped commission

• Be the first level of support for Rogers Studio for customer satisfaction and overall studio appearance and culture
• Consult with clients to understand their beauty goals and recommend services that best fit their needs
• Perform lash extensions lash lifts brow services and other services within your training and licensure
• Deliver a high level of client care from consultation through checkout
• Educate clients on aftercare maintenance and recommended service frequency
• Introduce clients to memberships retail products and additional services when appropriate
• Maintain a clean organized and sanitary workspace
• Work collaboratively with the team to create a welcoming professional and positive studio environment
  
  

• Licensed esthetician or cosmetologist based on state requirements
• 2 years of lash experience preferred but not required paid training is provided
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Passion for beauty and helping clients feel their best
• Friendly dependable coachable and excited to continue learning
