Job Summary

The Student Success Manager (SSM) plays a pivotal role in ensuring academic and engagement success for students at Method Schools by providing proactive data-driven support. This position is responsible for monitoring student attendance progress and participation in academic support systems while collaborating closely with Homeroom Teachers the MTSS team and families. The SSM serves as the primary advocate for struggling studentsensuring they are connected to appropriate resources and support systems. The SSM fosters student-centered planning maintains accurate documentation and helps build a responsive and supportive educational environment that promotes student achievement and well-being. Key Responsibilities:Daily & Weekly MonitoringMonitor the daily progress of all students on your caseload including:AttendanceCourse ProgressStudent Usage in Academic Support Platforms Review and track progress reports every 3 weeksMonitor work samples to ensure adequacy and alignment with attendance requirementsEnsure Learning Journals are signed and submitted on timeRegularly check ISMA documents for accuracy and follow up if corrections are neededCollaboration & Meetings:Meet weekly with assigned Homeroom Teachers (HRTs) for a 30-minute check-in to review student data and coordinate supportMeet weekly with SSM Lead to share and discuss struggling studentsSupport the Student Success Team (SST) process by:Identifying students in need of interventionScheduling and facilitating SST meetingsMaintaining accurate documentation and follow-up actionsCollaborate with the MTSS team to improve systems and develop new support strategiesTiered Re-Engagement & Intervention ImplementationIdentify students for Tiered Re-Engagement Process (TRP) based on engagement attendance and course progressAssign and monitor MTSS-aligned interventions and update intervention plans as neededUpdate and report TRP progress weekly in collaboratio
