Job Summary
The Office of the University Registrar is seeking a temporary Student Experience Specialist. This position will contribute to creating a cohesive student experience throughout the execution of key projects within the Office of the University Registrar. The Student Experience Specialist will partner with project team members students and campus stakeholders to explore and assess current and proposed functionality that students will use to plan degree completion register for classes and engage with advisors and other campus support resources. This position will define document and execute test plans; draft student-facing student support materials and communications; and lead efforts to gather and analyze student feedback for existing and upcoming projects. The Student Experience Specialist will also provide support for routine operational tasks to help maintain continuity during project lulls and address office backlog needs.
