Student Enrollment Coordinator (SEC)

Job Summary
Key Deliverables:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current families through consistent campus engagement to achieve 90% re-enrollment.
- Manage the full reregistration process ensuring families complete all required steps on time.
- Ensure all returning families receive timely communication reminders and support throughout the reenrollment cycle.
- Partner with the principal and school staff to identify atrisk families and implement proactive retention strategies.
- Execute a targeted recruitment strategy aligned to campus needs including building relationships with local childcare centers youth organizations housing authorities and community groups.
- Position the school as the areas premier charter option through consistent highquality outreach and representation.
- Conduct offsite presentations and community engagement activities to generate new leads.
- Participate in neighborhood walks doortodoor outreach and other grassroot recruitment efforts.
- Host and attend enrollment events tours and open houses to attract prospective families.
Experience and Education Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma required; college preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in admissions enrollment sales or business development.
- Community Knowledge: Intimate knowledge of the campus community and its unique needs.
- Communication Skills: Strong ability to connect with parents and families about their childrens educational needs.
- Flexible Schedule: Ability to work a non-traditional schedule including evenings weekends and select holidays.

The Campus: Phalen Leadership Academy was founded in Indianapolis Indiana in 2013. We are currently serving scholars K through 12th grade. Compensation and benefits:
PLAs School Operations Managers receive a base salary that is competitively aligned with the addition to salary you will receive:
