Job Summary

Job Title:Masonicare Special Projects Intern
Department:Office of Community Engagement
Student Employment Type:Federal Work-Study
Responsibilities:
  • Research industry trends competitors and best practices in senior living and healthcare
  • Prepare reports dashboards and presentations
  • Assist in coordinating project timelines compiling meeting materials notes and follow-up action items
  • Support process-improvement efforts designed to enhance efficiency and service quality
  • Collaborate with other departmental areas in the completion of projects
  • Assist with leadership meetings special events and other projects as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Interest in healthcare aging services senior living or business operations
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word Excel and Outlook
Hours of Position:Student will be expected to work up to 6 hours per week between the hours of 9am 5pm Monday through Friday. Occasional weekend and evening hours may be necessary to assist with special events and meetings.
