Student Employee (Fall)

Position Introduction:

Come join the staff at OU Norman and become part of Oklahomas premier research University which leads the state in education and career opportunities. The Office of Immigration Services (OIS) has an immediate opening for a student employee to join our team. The OIS office provides legal and strategic U.S. immigration counsel to the OU Norman campus; drives immigration compliance and supports the immigration needs of international students employees and their families.

Duties:
Perform front desk assistance including reception duties guest check-in
Assist with administrative tasks such as making copies data entry filing creating folders checking resources keeping spaces clean and organized and equipment setup/storage.
Audit records to ensure regulatory compliance.
All other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience:

• Must be currently enrolled in the Fall Term as a student at the University of Oklahoma.
• Hiring contingent upon verification of current student status.
• High School diploma or GED and must be currently enrolled in the Fall 2026 Term as a student at the University of Oklahoma.
