Student Employee Alumni Relations (FWS)

• Demonstrates basic clerical duties including data entry sorting and research.
• Assist staff with various projects including social media content digital Alumni Association cards file maintenance document preparation and scheduling.
• Maintain professional correspondence with university constituents.
• Assist with special events including on site assistance at selected events as necessary; greeting recording RSVPs event set up etc.
• Attend alumni department monthly meetings.

Other duties as assigned.

• Demonstrates excellent communication troubleshooting and research skills.
• Demonstrates the ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
• Demonstrates the ability to take on project responsibilities independently with general supervision.
• Demonstrated beginner to intermediate graphic design skills.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.

• Undergraduate students must be registered/enrolled in a minimum of six (6) Fall/Spring units.
• Must have received and accepted Financial Aid award for the current semester/year in which you are applying.
