Wayne State University is searching for an experienced Student Auxiliary Services (SAS) Conference Coordinator at its Detroit campus location.

Reporting to the Associate DirectorBusiness Development and Conference Services the Student Auxiliary Services(SAS) Conference Coordinator supports the planning coordination and executionof conferences camps meetings and special events hosted by the position collaborates with internal departments external clients andcampus service partners to coordinate event logistics manage facilityreservations and ensure operational readiness. The Conference Coordinatorplays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service by facilitatingseamless event planning and execution fostering positive client relationshipsand contributing to the overall success of the Universitys conference andauxiliary services programs. EssentialFunctions Administrative & Operational Support Client & Customer Service Contracts & Financial Support Event Coordination Systems & Process Management Performs other related duties as assigned.
