Structured Cabling Estimator

Job Responsibilities:

• Provides technical expertise for pre-sales opportunities installation and post-sales maintenance of Commercial Services products ensuring the systems function.
• Maintains competency in established area(s) of expertise through vendor and industry training. Liaison with manufacturers regarding product or applications upgrades.
• Gathers and updates data pertaining to tools resources products and applications on a regular basis.
• Develops and applies technology for customers use.
• Proactively develops innovative solutions and programs to enhance business opportunities.
• Provides active technical mentoring for the Sales Solutions Engineering and Delivery teams.
• Interface with senior-level customer contacts identify customer needs add technical expertise to customer proposals handle objections appropriately and deliver successful sales presentations adding value through industry knowledge and insight.
• Personally follows through on customer inquiries and requests demonstrates responsiveness and able to present highly technical topics included advanced products/applications and business solutions to large groups.

• Ability to work overtime as necessary.

Qualifications:

• RCDD is preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in Estimation of Infrastructure cabling technologies.
• Ability to travel 0-10% of the time.
• The ideal candidate is located in the Plano TX market.
