Job Summary

A civil engineering firm located in multiple locations is seeking a Structural/Bridge Project Manager for their office near Cincinnati!


Responsibilities:

  • Manage structural engineering project tasks including creating scope and budgets directing the design and coordinating work with other staff/design team members
  • Sign/seal work as required
  • Analyze/design transportation-related structures (bridges culverts retaining walls and sign structure foundations)
  • Serve as a key point of contact with clients contractors and local officials
  • Assist with the preparation of engineering project proposals
  • Collaborate with Leadership Project Engineers and other team members to develop effective solutions
  • Ensure compliance with company safety procedures


Requirements

  • Masters degree in civil or structural engineering a plus
  • 8 years of bridge design experience
  • Registered PE
  • Structural Engineer licensure preferred
  • Experience leading a project
  • Highly proficient with structural analysis and design software
  • Strong knowledge of bridge construction materials (Steel Cast-in-Place Concrete Precast Prestressed Concrete) construction methods structural inspections and construction document preparation
  • Proficient with MicroStation and ORD platforms
  • Project Management experience with DOT clients
  • Team Leader Bride Inspection certification preferred
  • Eagerness to work on a wide variety of project types

Salary is commensurate with experience.
