Strategic Projects Lead, Healthcare

Join an applied AI research team building expert-generated datasets for advanced AI systems. You will lead healthcare projects from client engagement through delivery helping improve how AI models handle complex real-world work.

• Partner with leading AI labs to develop high-quality healthcare datasets that support AI training and research.
• Manage expert teams across healthcare and other domains ensuring projects meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Own client relationships and project execution from planning through delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams on applied AI research and company-wide initiatives.
• Contribute to operational work as an early member of the team.

• At least 3 years of experience in healthcare medical research health technology biopharma healthcare consulting or a similarly selective healthcare environment.
• A strong understanding of healthcare data systems clinical workflows medical research or the broader healthcare industry.
• Excellent communication and client management skills with demonstrated ability to independently lead projects end to end.
• An undergraduate degree from a university in the United States Canada or Europe; strong academic credentials are valued though exceptional experience may also be considered.
• Background in medicine clinical practice biomedical research healthcare operations or a health sciences field is beneficial. Microbiology or virology expertise is a plus.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with a demanding schedule including extended hours when needed and occasional Sunday availability.

Salary range: $150000 to $200000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
