Role Overview

Were hiring a Strategy Director to help design and scale the national systems processes and teams that power CMCs operations. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on leadership ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys solving complex problems through data process and people.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and scale national systems for equipment labs billing and scheduling.
• Design operational playbooks and frameworks that support growth and consistency.
• Lead cross-functional projects across Operations Technology and Finance.
• Use data to identify trends optimize processes and guide executive decision-making.
• Manage vendors budgets and contracts tied to key strategic initiatives.
• Support training onboarding and process improvement across regions.

What You Bring

• 610 years in strategy operations or process improvement (consulting or healthcare preferred).
• Strong analytical communication and project management skills.
• Experience building scalable systems or optimizing workflows at a growing organization.
• Ability to turn strategic vision into actionable measurable results.
• Prior work with McKinsey Bain BCG or similar environments a plus.
