Location: This is an onsite role based at Nextivas Scottsdale headquarters (9451 de Ventura Scottsdale AZ 85256). Working together onsite strengthens how weoperate enabling faster decisions clearer communication and stronger execution so you can make a greater impact and move work forward with speed and clarity.
In-Office Expectation: This role is expected to work onsite four days per week. Specific scheduling and flexibility will be guided by your leader to support both team collaboration and individual productivity.
AsStrategicAssistanttoour CEO NextivasChairman and Co-Founderyoullwork at the center of his most important priorities.Youllcreate leverage fortheCEOby helping him stay prepared and informed bringing clarity to information turning direction into action and making sure the commitments requiring his attention or sponsorship keep moving. This is a high-trust hands-on role spanning communications preparation coordination decision support and execution. Your impact will be measured by a simple outcome: TheCEOis moreeffectiveand his priorities move faster.
This role is well suited toa high-performing Executive Assistant ready to grow into a broader operating role or an early-career high-potential operator who wants to work closely with a founder and CEO. You do not need prior experience in a CEO Office;weremore interested in exceptional judgment communication learning agility organization and follow-through.
WhatYoullDo:
- Create leverage for the CEO: Manage the flow of information decisions and follow-through sothe CEOcan focus his attention where it has the greatest impact.
- Support executive communications: Help managehisincoming communications and requests draft responses in his voice route issues to the right people and close the loop on important commitments.
- KeeptheCEOprepared and informed: Stay close enough to his priorities and the day-to-day work around them toanticipatewhat he needs to know. Develop concise briefings talking points research context and other materials that help him stay ahead of important meetings conversations and decisions.
- ActivatetheCEOspriorities: Translate his direction into clear requests and next steps get them to the right people track progress surface gaps and make sure commitments requiring his attention or sponsorship continue moving.
- Partner with the Executive Assistant and Strategic Planning: Work closely withtheCEOsExecutive Assistant who owns calendar scheduling andlogistics and with the Strategic Planning team to helphimstay ahead of upcoming priorities. Coordinate around what needs his attention and when helping create the time context and preparation heneeds forimportant decisions board meetings planning activities and other key priorities.
- Coordinate across Nextivas leadership team: Help information and requests move betweentheCEOand the right leaders. Surface blockers clarify context follow up on commitments and help translatethe CEOs direction whenappropriate.
- Strengthenhisdecision-making: Synthesize the information relevant towhatsin front of him frame the issueidentifykey considerations and put a clear path forward on his desk.
- Support critical external interactions:Preparehimfor engagements with customers partners advisors investors board members and other key stakeholders.
- Build AI-first ways of working: Apply AI across research communications meeting preparation knowledge management and project tracking to improve speed and quality whilemaintaininghuman judgment and confidentiality.
- Drive work ontheCEOspriorities: Activate the right people track status close gaps and keep work moving through completion. The focus is on advancinghispriorities and agenda rather than building an independently owned portfolio of initiatives.
- Maintain a strong on-site presence: Work from Nextivas Scottsdale office approximately four days per week enabling close partnership withtheCEOand the leadership team and supporting the fast-moving nature of the role. Some light travel may bebased on business needs.
