The Strategic Account Executive will own a portfolio of high-value accounts developing long-term partnerships that drive revenue brand visibility and market share. This role blends relationship management negotiation and data-driven planning to maximize account performance across FAM Brands portfolio.

• Manage and grow relationships with top-tier retail and wholesale accounts acting as the primary point of contact for strategic partners
• Develop and execute account-specific growth strategies including seasonal buy planning product assortment recommendations and promotional strategy
• Negotiate pricing terms and program agreements to meet revenue and margin targets
• Partner cross-functionally with design merchandising marketing and operations teams to ensure account needs are met from concept to delivery
• Analyze sell-through data market trends and competitive positioning to identify growth opportunities within each account
• Lead quarterly and seasonal business reviews with key accounts presenting performance recaps and forward-looking plans
• Forecast account-level sales and manage account P&L to meet or exceed targets
• Identify and cultivate new strategic account opportunities to expand FAM Brands retail footprint
• Represent FAM Brands at trade shows market appointments and key account visits
