We are hiring an experienced Account Executivea proven staffing sales professional with a passion for developing new client relationships delivering consultative solutions and driving revenue growth. This position is domiciled in the Metro AtlantaArea and offers the opportunity to make a measurable impact while growing your career in a high-performance people-first organization.

To succeed in this Sales role you must be able to:

• Source new business opportunities in Technology Staffing and Solutions through a variety of strategic and tactical sales activities
• Build expand and maintain a high-impact professional network to uncover and develop new opportunities
• Qualify prospective clients through effective discovery needs assessment and solution alignment
• Deliver compelling consultative messaging that addresses client objections and overcomes obstacles
• Negotiate draft and manage profitable client contract agreements that meet business and client objectives
• Leverage industry expertise and market insight to help clients solve complex business challenges
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive the job fulfillment and delivery process effectively
• Ensure long-term client satisfaction through proactive relationship management and continuous value delivery
