HIRING BOTH MORNING AND EVENING SHIFT LEADERS

PAY RANGE FROM $16.00 TO $18.00 PER HOUR INCLUDING TIPS; PLUS QUARTERLY BONUS PAYMENTS FOR REACHING GOALS

SERVSAFE FOOD MANAGER CERTIFICATION PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure consistent and quality customer experience by executing brand beverage recipes and techniques resolving customer relations issues and leading the team in delivering the Scooters Amazing customer service experience.

Maintain speed of service standards during high-volume periods by staying calm managing an efficient team workflow anticipating customer needs and utilizing downtime to prepare for the next rush.

Develop effective working relationships with team members identifying individual motivation factors.

Proactively seek opportunities to increase sales.

Understand and execute cash handling point of sale system and operational procedures in an accurate consistent manner.

Ensure team members follow all health safety and sanitation guidelines.

Serve as a keyholder following all opening and closing procedures.

Demonstrate punctuality dependability and adaptability.
