Store Manager Mom and Pop's

Mom & Pops is a well-established quick-service grill and convenience store. A longtime local favorite the store is known for its made-to-order meals friendly service and consistent quality. Mom & Pops upholds a strong commitment to community reliability and customer care.

Were seeking a hands-on Store Manager to oversee all aspects of store operations drive performance and lead a team-oriented customer-first environment. This is a full-time working manager position.

Duties and Responsibilities Include but Not Limited To:

• Oversee daily operations.

• Create and manage employee schedules

• Hire train and evaluate staff.

• Monitor and control food labor and operating costs.

• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.

• Manage vendor relationships and inventory including regular cycle counts.

• Conduct performance reviews and provide development plans.

• Foster a motivated accountable and customer-focused environment.

• Perform all other duties assigned.

Requirements:

• 3 years of upper management experience preferably in food service convenience stores or retail operations.

• ServSafe Manager certification (required).

• Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong understanding of food safety and store operations.

• Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings weekends and holidays.

• Familiarity with POS systems and basic financial reporting.

• Work full-time hours and overtime as needed.
• Full availability is required including early mornings nights weekends and holidays.
