A DAY IN THE LIFE

The Store Manager is responsible for all areas of hiring scheduling barista training completing managerial paperwork tasks and running a clean efficiently operating store. This role is vital in building developing and leading a friendly service-oriented barista team and exemplifies the core values of Scooters Coffee. As the Store Manager you will receive hands-on leadership training in all areas of this role.

Workdays: Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday Saturday Sunday Holidays

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• Highly organized and detail-oriented

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to effectively teach and lead others

• Positive and professional demeanor with the ability to motivate a team and convey a positive team spirit amongst staff members

• Passion for working with people

• Energetic fast-paced flexible work style

• Prior management or leadership experience preferred but not required; no prior Scooters management or barista experience necessary
