STORE MANAGERS Caribbean & South Pacific

B5 Recruiting is working with a large grocery and general merchandise retailer and is hiring several experienced Store Managers for locations across the Caribbean and South Pacific.

South Pacific: Hawaii Guam Fiji American Samoa

Candidates must be fully flexible and open to living and working anywhere within their assigned region listed above.

Selected leaders will join a structured Store Manager training and bench program learning the organization supporting store operations and preparing to take ownership of a store as assignments become available.

Relocation assistance and immigration/work authorization support are provided when required.

What were looking for:

Strong Store Manager experience within grocery large-format retail big-box warehouse club or similar high-volume environments

Experience leading large teams ideally 70 employees

Strong background in store operations people leadership inventory management merchandising and financial performance

Experience managing a high-volume retail operation with accountability for overall store results

Genuine interest and flexibility to relocate within the assigned region
