You will create a delightful and inspiring shopping experience for guests at the Garnet Hill retail store where visitors can touch feel and purchase our womens apparel and products for the home made from natures finest fibers including cashmere linen and organic cotton. As a PT Stock Associate you will embrace and promote the Garnet Hill brand delivering an outstanding guest experience to increase sales and deliver an inspiring shopping experience in which our guest feels inspired and empowered to customize themselves and their space at home. You will maintain effectiveness of merchandise flow filling and presentation standards throughout the store and stock.

• This position will report to the Store Manager.

Where Youll Work

This role is onsite and will require you to work from our Dedham MA location daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

What Youll Do

• Supports a strong commitment to world class customer service and ensures a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all guests.

• Organizes and manages back stock daily.

• Replenishes product on shelves and in back stock per Merchandising guidelines.

• Achieve sales following daily weekly monthly and quarterly goals for the store.

• Help maintain a clean organized and easy-to-shop sales floor and stockroom.

What Youll Bring

• Specialty retail sales experience

• Proficiency in using POS systems and previous cash handling required.

• Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items up to 50lbs.

• Availability to work nights weekends and holidays.
