This opportunity resides with All-Domain Operations (ADO) a business group within HIIs Mission Technologies division. All-Domain Operations comprises multi-domain operations platforms and logistics and intelligence operations.

HII Mission Technologies is seeking a Project Management Analyst to support the STINGRAI program by providing project tracking financial analysis and operational coordination across a dynamic government contracting environment. This role requires strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced setting while ensuring alignment with STINGRAI program goals.
This requisition supports hiring for multiple locations including Doral FL and remote. Positions based in Doral FL require fulltime onsite work at the SOUTHCOM offices.

- Review and track project and budget status for STINGRAI manage schedules and prepare status reports.
- Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity quality and customersatisfaction goals.
- Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and support intervention and problemsolving efforts with project managers line managers and customers.
- Oversee and coordinate the operational aspects of ongoing STINGRAI projects serving as a liaison between project management planning the project team and leadership.
- Assist in developing contractrequired products including technical direction plans roughorderofmagnitude pricing and management of the risk register.
- Level 2: 3 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 1 year relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience.
- Level 3: 6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience.
- Level 4: 10 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 8 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 14 years relevant experience.
- 4 years of experience supporting complex technical projects or programs within the Department of Defense (DoD).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project and other project management tools.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a crossfunctional team.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Word Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of DoD project management standards risk management practices and compliance requirements.
- Clearance: Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
- Clearance: Possess and maintains an active Secret clearance.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar credential.
- Familiarity with DoDspecific project management methodologies and tools including MS Project.
