Where Youll Make a Difference

• Lead the identification of unmet consumer and customer needs and translate insights into differentiated fragrance solutions.
• Build deep expertise in market trends consumer needs competitive technologies and future innovation opportunities.
• Establish strong partnerships with perfumers sales marketing innovation operations manufacturing and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Drive the agile adaptation and deployment of existing fragrance technologies to address customer and category-specific challenges.
• Champion knowledge sharing technical training and best practices in data management laboratory operations and safety procedures.
• Support the successful launch of new technologies by partnering with creative commercial and innovation teams.
• Provide strategic feedback on innovation performance business impact win rates and future capability needs.
• Lead complex projects by managing priorities resources timelines risks KPIs and stakeholder communication.
• Develop and inspire team members while fostering an inclusive safe and collaborative working environment.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelors degree or higher in Chemistry Chemical Engineering Fragrance Science Consumer Science or a related technical discipline.
• Significant experience in fragrance consumer products ingredients innovation R&D or a related industry.
• Demonstrated ability to translate consumer insights and market trends into technical solutions and business opportunities.
• Strong project management skills with experience leading multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
• Proven success building relationships and influencing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading coaching and developing technical professionals.
• Strong understanding of innovation processes technology deployment and commercialization.
• Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Commitment to safety quality compliance diversity and continuous improvement.

How Would You Stand Out

• Experience within the fragrance flavors consumer goods or specialty ingredients industry.
• Knowledge of regulatory sustainability supply chain and ingredient compliance considerations impacting fragrance development.
• Experience leveraging intellectual property analysis and competitive intelligence to guide innovation strategies.
