Steward

The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness sanitation and organization of all kitchen equipment service ware and back-of-house areas. This role supports kitchen efficiency by ensuring a continuous flow of clean dishes utensils and cookware during high-volume service periods.

• Operate dish machine safely and efficiently according to sanitation standards.
• Wash and sanitize all dishes glassware utensils pots and pans.
• Maintain clean and organized dish and storage areas.
• Remove trash and recycling regularly to maintain a safe work environment.
• Assist with light cleaning duties including floors mats drains and surfaces.
• Support kitchen team during peak service with urgency and focus.
• Follow all health safety and sanitation regulations.
