Compensation: $45-$65 per flagged hour

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years expereience required 5 years for top pay
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
• Own some basic tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent ASE Certification required.
• Dexterity requiring a steady hand excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to learn new technology repair and service procedures and specifications.
• Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies.
• Positive friendly attitude along with an eagerness to improve.
• Enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
• Teammate with ability to collaborate with others effectively.

What You Will Do:

• Perform diagnostic and repair work to manufacturer and dealership standards.
• Communicate repair needs clearly with advisors and leadership.
• Ensure accurate documentation and repair order notes.
• Conduct thorough inspections and identify additional service needs.
• Maintain tools shop equipment and a clean safe work area.
• Roadâtest vehicles to verify repairs and ensure quality.
