Station Cleaning Services Technician

The starting work schedules are overnight shifts Monday Friday 10:00 pm 6:00 am. Please note that schedules are subject to change as outlined in the Collective Bargaining Agreement and for business the Role Inspect and evaluate assigned bike share stations for cleanliness Perform bike-share station and other area cleaning services using power washer equipment and various tools Complete assigned projects thoroughly and to quality standards such as bike lane or parking striping and graffiti removalUtilize mobile devices to document work order ticket completion records Keep and maintain clean and presentable work areas tools and equipment Operate a large vehicle to travel throughout urban areas following safe driving and work practicesAbout You You have a valid Drivers License and can pass a Motor Vehicle Record check. All individuals driving as a part of the job duties will be required to pass a driver safety road test upon hireYou are experienced and comfortable operating (driving maneuvering and parking) large vehicles in busy urban areasYou enjoy working outdoors year-round and in all weather conditions You are proficient with using apps on a smart phone and/or tablet You are knowledgeable in using various tools and equipmentYou can lift up to 75 pounds push/pull heavy loads bend stoop kneel sit or stand for long periods of time About UsUMS a Motivate brand was created to enhance the way in which pedestrians experience their urban environments.
