State Product Manager Personal Lines

$130 - $150k Base Bonus

A leading national P&C insurer is hiring three State Product Managers to oversee Personal Lines strategy and performance for key states. This highly visible role is responsible for driving profitable growth developing state specific product and pricing strategies managing P&L performance and partnering with leaders across underwriting actuarial claims sales marketing technology and compliance.

Own profitability growth and market performance for assigned state(s)
Develop and execute product pricing underwriting and distribution strategies
Analyze financial results market trends competitor activity and business performance
Collaborate with cross functional teams to implement strategic initiatives
Partner with regulators internal stakeholders and leadership teams to drive results
Lead state level business planning rate reviews and product enhancements
Influence key decisions impacting growth combined ratio and customer experience

6 years of Personal Lines Product Management or Underwriting experience
Prior state management experience strongly preferred
Deep understanding of Personal Lines products pricing underwriting and state regulations
Proven ability to manage P&L results and develop market strategies
Strong analytical strategic thinking and communication skills
CPCU CIC ARM actuarial exam progress or similar insurance designations preferred

Fully remote position with no regular travel requirements
