Standard/Private Client Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager to join a team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in insurance. The successful candidate will manage mid-market and VIP personal lines accounts providing exceptional service to valued clients.

• Manage a portfolio of mid-market and VIP personal lines accounts including home auto renters condo recreational vehicles secondary and high-value homes boats/yachts antique/exotic cars and more.
• Provide exceptional customer service ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Manage and service a book of business handling a diverse range of account sizes.
• Utilize agency managementsoftware to manage accounts efficiently.
• Collaborate with carriers such as Andover Chubb Foremost Hagerty MAPFRE Plymouth Rock Safety Quincy Mutual and others.
• Stay updated on industry trends and maintain strong knowledge of insurance coverage and Massachusetts RMV regulations.

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
• Strong knowledge of Massachusetts RMV processes and insurance coverage.
• Proficiency in using Applied EPIC or similar agency management software is preferred.
• Proven experience managing mid-market and VIP personal lines accounts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and maintaining long-term client relationships.
