Stainless-Steel Piping WelderAssembler

• Weld stainless steel piping systems using TIG (GTAW) and other approved welding processes.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings P&ID diagrams isometric drawings and welding procedures.
• Fit align and assemble pipe sections valves fittings and supports.
• Perform root fill and cap welds in accordance with ASME B31.3 requirements.
• Conduct visual inspections of welds to ensure quality and compliance.
• Prepare materials by cutting beveling grinding and cleaning pipe surfaces.
• Operate welding machines grinders pipe cutting equipment and measuring tools.
• Follow welding procedures quality control requirements and project specifications.
• Maintain a safe work environment and comply with OSHA and company safety regulations.
• Complete required documentation including weld logs and inspection records.
• Coordinate with supervisors teammates and QA/QC inspectors to support successful project completion.

• Location: Chandler AZ
• Work Environment: On-site at the Chandler Fab Shop
• Reporting To: Production Manager
• Shift Hours -- 7am to 4pm (Monday to Friday)

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 3-5 years of stainless-steel pipe welding experience.
• Proficiency in GTAW/TIG welding on stainless steel pipe.
• Ability to pass applicable weld qualification tests.
• Knowledge of ASME and applicable piping codes and standards.
• Ability to read blueprints welding symbols and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in physically demanding environments.
• AWS Certified Welder certification.

• Ability to stand bend kneel and climb.
• Ability to work at heights.
• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for precision welding tasks.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
