Job Summary
Eventide Williamsburg is currently recruiting for a Staffing Coordinator/Unit Secretary. The position is full time Monday - Friday 9am-5pm.
Tabitha is now Eventide. Learn more here: Staffing Coordinator arranges and coordinates staff coverage for resident care departments based on established guidelines and needs as determined by the Director of Nursing and Resident Care Managers.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Prepares and maintains schedules for all resident care staff. The schedule will be posted in advance and personnel will be informed of any changes made to the schedule.
- Monitors schedules on a daily basis. Secures replacements as needed.
- Performs clerical and telephone duties requiring a working knowledge of office machines departmental programs operating procedures computers and filing.
- Informs Human Resource department of hiring needs for direct care positions
- Supports and maintains effective and positive communication and working relations with all staff.
- Assumes additional responsibilities and duties as directed by the Executive Director and the Director of Nursing.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Secondary education is preferred.
Compensation
AtEventide we value our employees and offer a competitive starting pay range of $20-22.40 per hour for Staffing Coordinators based on qualifications experience and location. Shift premiums and differentials are also available for select positions paid on employment status and shift worked.
