Unit Summary:The Hospitals Neuroscience Unit is a 36-bed telemetry unit caring for neurology and neurosurgery patients including traumatic brain injury (TBI) stroke seizure and epilepsy cases.
Job Summary:Under the direction of the unit manager this role provides direct clinical patient care. The role will assume responsibility for assessing planning implementing direct age-appropriate clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis and unit level. The role is responsible for supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated.

Requirements:
- Registered Nurse License - Current Maryland license
- 2 Years or more of relevant Med/Surg Nursing experiencerequired
- Bachelors of Science in Nursing required
- BLS Certificate required ACLS preferred
- NIHSS Certification preferred
- CVICU experience required
- ICU experience required
