Your Role in Our Story as a Staff Pharmacist

• Practice at the top of your license by delivering patient-centered clinical services including immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM) while playing an active role in improving health outcomes beyond prescription fulfillment.
• Lead coach and support pharmacy technicians and associates in delivering exceptional customer service
• Help create a culture focused on safety quality and operational excellence
• Support pharmacy performance through prescription growth customer engagement and clinical services
• Promote preventive care and wellness programs that improve the health of our communities
• Champion immunizations medication adherence health screenings and other patient care initiatives

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like as a Staff Pharmacist

• Accurately review and dispense prescription medications in accordance with all federal state and company regulations
• Counsel patients on medication therapy adherence side effects and disease management
• Administer immunizations and other pharmacist-provided clinical services
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain proper inventory levels medication security and controlled substance accountability
• Oversee prescription workflow to deliver safe efficient and timely service
• Work closely with store leadership to support pharmacy and company initiatives
• Monitor key performance indicators and identify opportunities for continuous improvement

What Youll Bring to the Team

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited college of pharmacy
• Active pharmacist license in the state of practice
• Current immunization certification
• Current CPR certification
• Strong knowledge of state and federal pharmacy regulations

Salary Range: $111280.00 - $166920.00
