Trinity Elms Health & Rehab is seeking compassionate Staff Nurses (LPN/RN) to join our dedicated nursing team.

• $10000 signing bonus (paidin increments)
• Schedule: First Shift 7:00 a.m. 3:00 p.m. Second shift 3:00 p.m. 11:00 p.m. and Third shift 11:00 p.m.7:00 a.m.
  • Every other weekend is required
• Competitive pay
• Additional compensation: Second & third-shift differential and $2.00 per hour pay in lieu of benefits
• Daily Pay: Access earned wages before your regular payday

As a Staff Nurse (LPN/RN) you will provide resident-centered nursing care under the direction of attending physicians and the Director of Nursing Services. You will collaborate with the nursing team to promote resident safety comfort and well-being.

• Administer and accurately document medications and treatments.
• Maintain medication-room security and ensure proper medication storage.
• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition.
• Perform nursing procedures including catheter care dressing changes and respiratory treatments.
• Support nursing teammates and help foster a respectful compassionate care environment.

• Graduation from an accredited LPN or RN nursing program.
• Current LPN or RN license in North Carolina.
• Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• Two years of nursing experience preferred.

• Physical exertion that may include pushing pulling or lifting up to 35 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
• Prolonged standing or walking with occasional bending and reaching.
• Assisting with repositioning and transferring residents while following safe lifting procedures.
