DO YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS

• Extensive experience operating as a high-level technical contributor such as a staff engineer principal engineer or lead engineer
• Demonstrated ability to design and guide scalable technical architectures
• Strong problem-solving technical leadership and decision-making skills

Experience working within C# enterprise ecosystems is preferred.

WHAT WILL YOU DO AS AN EXPERIENCED STAFF SOFTWARE ENGINEER

In this full-time role youll help shape the technical future of Alliance HCM by designing and overseeing the architectural roadmap for our core HCM and payroll systems. Youll lead technical discovery efforts for major initiatives transforming complex ideas into actionable designs that support long-term success. Throughout your day youll collaborate with stakeholders evaluate emerging technologies develop prototypes and proofs of concept and help reduce technical risks before development begins.
