We are seeking dependable Production Stackers to join a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment. This is a hands-on position that involves assembling boxes preparing materials for production and stacking finished boxes onto pallets for shipment. The ideal candidate is comfortable with physical work can maintain a steady pace throughout the shift and takes pride in working safely and efficiently.
Job Duties:

• Assemble and prepare boxes and packaging materials for production
• Stack finished boxes securely and neatly onto pallets for shipment
• Lift carry and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift
• Build stable pallet loads while following proper stacking procedures
• Inspect boxes and packaging for damage or defects
• Keep production and work areas clean organized and free of hazards
• Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
• Perform other general production and warehouse duties as needed

• Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift
• Ability to repeatedly lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Good stamina and ability to work at a steady production pace
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Safety-minded and able to follow instructions and established procedures
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
• Previous production warehouse packaging or material-handling experience is a plus but not required

Work Environment:
This is an active hands-on position requiring frequent standing walking bending lifting carrying and repetitive movement. Candidates should be prepared for a physically demanding work environment and able to remain productive throughout the shift.
