Role: SRE Lead Production Support
Location: Jersey City NJ (5 Days Onsite)
Job Type: Contract Rate: $6870/hr Experience: 10 Years
Key Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience in Production Support and SRE.
- Excellent Java Full Stack fundamentals with strong coding and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with Performance Engineering Prometheus observability and monitoring tools.
- Knowledge of AWS Python Microservices and Monolithic architectures.
- Expertise in incident management RCA automation and reliability practices.
- Familiarity with AI-driven toil reduction tools Copilot and Claude.
- Banking experience preferred.
Note: The role involves 5060% Production Support including issue triaging root cause analysis and resolving application issues. Candidates with strong Java fundamentals and hands-on production support experience are preferred.
